Becoming an AIP Pro gives you opportunities to use your expertise to help AIP clients—while continuing to operate your own independent practice.

There are currently no upfront or annual participation fees. If that ever changes, you always have the right to walk away.

You and AIP each operate your own independent practice, exercise your own professional judgment, and remain responsible for your own services.

AIP determines when your expertise may be helpful, provides relevant information and context, and coordinates your involvement based on the AIP service the client is using.

When invited to participate, you provide an initial consultation at no cost to the client. You independently determine the recommendations you provide within your profession and remain responsible for your own professional judgment.

We designed the process to minimize the time required from AIP Pros. Our goal is for you to spend about 15 minutes reviewing the client's information and providing your initial recommendations, followed by a one-hour client meeting. AIP handles the client intake, coordination, and organization of the team's recommendations.

You and AIP agree to protect confidential information and remain responsible for your respective services and conduct.

Neither you nor AIP is required to provide the other with referrals, clients, engagements, or other business opportunities.

You remain free to grow your practice, and AIP remains free to work with other professionals.

Either you or AIP may end the relationship at any time for any reason by simply providing written notice to the other party.

Becoming an AIP Pro starts with a conversation. We want to learn about you, your practice, and how you serve families—and give you an opportunity to learn more about All In Planning and the AIP Network. From there, we can decide together whether becoming an AIP Pro is a good fit.
